So today my parents and I went to the Ambulance Base in St. James and had a meeting with the manager. It was ablsolutely awesome!! He told about all the stuff I would get to do and about all the stuff I would learn and I got to meet quite a few of the crew members and they were all really nice.
The director, Brian, who also teaches an EMT class at RTI, told me that I could get my EMT licence in six months!! I could be gradualting from high school and then getting me licence in less than two months after that!!! How amazing would that be?? Pretty darn amazing!!
I get to start in just a little over one week and I am sooo excited!!! I cant wait. I met some of the crew members and they were all very nice. I am really happy with how everything turned out!!!
